      Beast accepts email money transfers (EMT) as our method of payment. You will receive an email with the payment instructions once you have submitted your order. Please follow the payment instructions carefully, once you have set us up as an email money transfer recipient in your online banking any new order will be a breeze.

      Sign in to your financial institution’s online banking service. Navigate to the option to send money using Interac e-Transfer. Select the account that you will be sending the funds from. If this is the first order, you must set us up as a recipient in your online banking. Please check the email you received when you submitted your order and input the email address and recipient name we provided. Be sure to verify these details are correct. Reference the email we sent you when you submitted your order to setup the security question and security answer so we can collect your payment and process your order. Please use exactly the question and answer we provide for a quick and easy transaction. Enter the amount you wish to send (the total amount of your invoice) In the section that allows you to provide a message to the recipient please enter your order number for example (Order #12345 or 12345) Follow the instructions provided. You’ll have a chance to confirm the details again before sending, making sure they match the above instructions.

      Once we receive your email money transfer we will send you an email notification that your order is now in processing. If your EMT has been received outside of regular business hours the order will be processed the following business day. Please take note that our shipping warehouse is closed on holidays and weekends. All efforts are made to ship the same business day if payment is received before 12pmg noon Pacific time in the order received. However, in times of high volume, there may be an additional day required to prepare your order to ship. If your payment has been received before 12pm noon Pacific time on a regular business day it will be shipped out the same day. We do everything we can to get your order shipped the same business day as noted above but periods of extremely high volume may put shipment back one business day in rare cases. We use Canada Post Flat-rate shipping boxes with tracking for your orders. Orders shipped to major city centers are the fastest usually being received between 2-4 business days and rural locations take a little longer. Remote locations such as northern Quebec and the YT, NWT, etc can take up to 13 business days (but usually much sooner) Canada Post delivery standards can be found here (Canada Post), however, this is only an estimate and Beast Group will not be responsible for times outside of these delivery standards nor will Beast group issue shipping refunds.

      No. We can only ship to adults of the age of majority in their province or territory. We cannot ship outside of Canada.

      In the rare event that your order is stolen, we will open a service ticket with Canada Post, once they have completed their investigation you will have either received your order or we will resend another. We will guarantee 1 order but any order replacement after that will be at our discretion. Ordering to dry communities will not be subject to our replacement guarantee.

      As we all know certain parts of Canada can get very hot during the summer months, and packages sent during that time can experience edibles and concentrates being warmed up or misshaped. This doesn’t affect the potency of the items however it can make it harder to measure a dose accurately. If your mail isn’t stored in a mailroom or somewhere cool you have the option to open a free flex delivery address at your local post office so they can store your package inside their facility until you come and pick it up.       When you create an account for the first time or login into your already existing account you can see several important items including your transaction history, and your addresses on file (you can change your address from here if needed) you can also change your password, subscribe/unsubscribe to our newsletter and see your order status. All this information can be accessed by clicking the person icon in the top right corner of the Beast website.
